February Favourites

I cannot quite believe it is March. I repeat MARCH! How are we already into the 3rd month of 2018? I feel like I’ve blinked and missed February completely. WOW, February has been a super busy month for me. I have started back at placement and been struggling to manage my time effectively. But, boy have I got a lot of favourites to share with you.

February Favourites

Now this cold weather has caused havoc on my skin. My hands are so dry and sore from the harsh weather conditions. But, luckily the Body Shop Pink Grape Fruit Hand Cream has saved my hands. I have being applying this twice a day in the morning and evening and what a difference it has made. My hands have never been this soft! I may have a new slight obsession with the Body Shop hand creams and I love switching between the different scents dependent on my mood. This also doesn’t cost me a fortune either because they are only £5 each.

Three Words… Makeup Revolution Concealers. Need I say anymore? These concealers are the talk at the minute. Now I don’t just throw around the words holy grail but these concealers are my HOLY GRAIL! I have never found a concealer that has as much coverage for the price of £4. YES £4! Not only are these concealers affordable but boy do they have amazing coverage. As someone who suffers from acne a quality concealer that won’t cake or draw attention to my imperfections is pivotal. This concealer applies so perfectly, I find that it brightens up the under eyes without creasing.

I have to admit that time management is something I applaud myself on. I am always on time, ALWAYS! I hate being late but, I am forever asking other people what the time is if I don’t have my phone on me. After months of annoying my boyfriend he surprised me with this stunning ASDA watch. It’s taken me quite a few months to get used to wearing a watch but this past month I have been obsessed with wearing my watch. Maybe it’s down to the fact it is pink and I love the colour pink.

I didn’t ever think when I purchased this product that it would be in a favourites of mine. I may have got carried away in Superdrug and picked up loads of new and exciting products. Although, when I got home I noticed that the Maybelline Total Temptation Mascara applicator was not what I would go for. I usually turn toward plastic wands such as the Benefit They’re Real. However, the classic brush bristles on this mascara is perfect for applying mascara. I love mascaras that extenuate my lashes and thicken them up. This mascara does exactly that, the product doesn’t clump or transfer throughout the day either which is a massive bonus.

Something I always forget to take care of is my nails. In my last job I was not allowed to wear nail polish so apart from filing my nails I didn’t really look after them. However, since leaving my last job I have now being obsessed with wearing nail polish. Obviously, I have had to re-start building my nail polish collection up. One of my friends recommended Barry M nail polishes and I’m so glad she did. I am obsessed with wearing the shade BESPOKE. I am definitely no where near being able to apply nail polish flawlessly. It went a lot better than I thought but there is a whole load of room for improvement. But, this nail polish made it so easy to apply and I found two layers was more than enough to create a solid colour.

I still cannot believe February is over, dare I say I will blink and it is going to be summer. What have you been loving during February?
