I know that you have heard about this concealer because it is the talk of the town. If you haven’t then where have you been?! I introduce to you the Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer, your new best friend. Makeup Revolution are killing the makeup industry at the minute with reveal after reveal of outstanding products. Now this concealer has changed the concealer game in 2018 and caused some serious competition for some well loved other concealers out there.
First of all, lets talk about the price of this concealer. It is only £4! It is not going to break the bank so there is no need to feel guilty when it becomes your go to concealer because £4 is affordable. This concealer has 3.4ml which is on the smaller size compared to other concealers on the market. However, the price of this product means the amount of product is not a problem.
I am pale and when I say pale I mean finding a concealer that is lighter than my foundation is such a struggle. But as soon as I saw the press release pictures of these concealer shades, I knew there was a shade for me. I have the shades C2 and C3 as C1 was sold out and them two shades are perfect. Shade 2 is amazing at covering and brightening my under eyes up. I tend to levitate towards C3 to add any extra cover to imperfections. I am 100% going to pick up C1 because it can only get better and brighten up my under eyes even more.
The applicator of this concealer is perfect for reaching them hard to reach places on your face. I can get right into the corners of my eyes and the size of the application means I can apply the concealer in one swipe, quickly and efficiently. I have no concerns when applying this concealer that the wand will snap unlike some other concealers I own. The wand is sturdy and does not bend even when I am being a little heavy handed when I’m in a rush.
The consistency of this concealer is just perfect. The product isn’t too runny but is not thick and cakey. I mean I know that’s probably not the best description but we all know I struggle with describing the consistency of products. I find that a small amount of product goes a long way. I prefer to create a triangle under my eyes using the product and blend it out using a Real Techniques makeup sponge. Is there anything that this concealer can’t cover because this concealer cover them bags under my eyes and even my acne scarring.
